How to make cycling infrastructure that people will use, in 5 minutes or less? Bicycle User Experience (BUX) is announcing Mini Lessons. Our Mini Lessons are an entry point into user experience and a people-centered methodology for urban mobility professionals. Begin to think from the end user’s perspective and consider what interests you for further study.
Each mini lesson zooms into a specific topic, method, or example of BUX's work. They are grouped into four categories:
BUX Basics: Core concepts of BUX
Examples of Good BUX: Real world examples of 'good' bicycle infrastructure
User Centered Design Methods: Practical methods for people-centered infrastructure
Agile Planning and Learning: The 'what' and 'why' of agile working in bicycle planning
The lessons draw from our work and writing of the past 5 years. Keep a look out for more additions in the future.
